Services

Private Classes, for one person: on the first class is an assessment of your strength, flexibility, and any special wants or needs that you may have. Because each of us is different. We all have our own requirements. With a small practice to take home with you. 

Follow up classes can varying from one to two times a week, to weeks, or months, apart. Depending on what suits you. Each time, your home practice is altered so that you are always progressing.

Private Classes, for groups: weekly class for you and your friends, in your homes or workplace. I am known for giving special attention to everyone's needs. 

I have found that people progress in all areas, with privates. And, I am always available for personal chats about the yoga. 

Facebook, email, phone consultations: it is possible to learn online. 

Seminars, workshops: these can vary, from three hours, to half or full day, at your centre. On any aspect of the yoga sciences. Includes, postures, breathing, meditation and yoga nidra plus special extras according to the subject that we are covering. These extras are like 'the icing on the cake' and enhance the topic.  

I also teach seminars whereby the teacher of the yoga centre takes the postures and breathing, whilst I teach the more esoteric subjects.

My forty-plus years of deep yoga practice, teaching, and experience, has given me skills to teach any yoga subject, at all levels, as required.

Public speaking: I have, and do, give talks on almost all of the aspects of yoga: from teaching beginners through to the Inner mysteries of Oneself, and how they are revealed, such as chakras, tattwas, kundalini.
